Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be prompted for processing infromation.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not charge your credit card until your product is ready to ship.
Shipping And Handling
Computerware, Inc. offers two options for delivery. With On Campus delivery, we will deliver your computer on campus during the week preceding the start of fall classes. The dates and times will be listed on the MSB website in the upcoming weeks. With home delivery, we will ship your system via UPS ground freight at the standard UPS shipping rate, not to exceed $25.00."
Back Orders
In the case of a back-order, you will be notified and given an estimated delivery date.
Tax Charges
We collect appropriate sales tax for any items shipped into Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software as they are entered to prevent tampering and protect all confidential information provided in the ordering process.
Warranty
All products come with the standard manufacturer's warranty. Open software is not returnable. IBM products are covered via on-site warranty, but cannot be returned for credit.
Computerware abides by manufacturer's policy on all warranty issues.

For your privacy during the shopping process, we do not request any of your personal information until you are ready to order.
